About Coleia Brilliance
At Coleia, we believe that every child holds a unique brilliance and that every family deserves the tools, support, and encouragement to nurture it.
We’re a women-led team grounded in research, lived experience, and a deep commitment to equity. Our work is guided by the belief that parenting doesn’t have to feel isolating or overwhelming, especially when raising a child with ADHD or other neurodiverse needs.
We honour the Land we work on by recognizing its traditional stewards. We stand for trans-inclusive feminism, meaningful reciprocity, and community-centered care. These values are woven into everything we create.
At Coleia, we don’t just offer resources - we offer a movement toward more empowered, connected, and compassionate families.

About Nina
Nina brings over 20 years of experience in the fields of Early Learning, Neurodiversity, and Developmental Disabilities. As a dedicated educator, advocate, and researcher, she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Pedagogy with a focus on how education systems can better recognize, support, and celebrate the diverse ways young children grow and learn.
Nina’s professional expertise is deeply enriched by personal experience: both living with and parenting a child with ADHD. Her work is grounded in compassion, equity, and the belief that every child deserves to be seen, supported, and empowered.
About Bronwyn
Bronwyn is a child rights researcher with a background in media studies and data privacy. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Pedagogy, where her research explores how communities can create inclusive, liberatory educational spaces that better meet the needs of diverse children, especially in ways that traditional school systems often fall short.
As someone with ADHD, Bronwyn brings lived experience to her work. Her personal journey of self-discovery and self-directed strategies for thriving with ADHD has deeply informed her academic research and community engagement. She has spent years working directly with neurodiverse youth, supporting them in navigating systems not built with their strengths in mind.
Bronwyn’s work is rooted in a commitment to equity, neurodiversity, and reimagining what education can be when we center the full humanity of every child.
